1. When do my benefits go in effect?

Your benefits are effectively immediately after signing up.

2. How do I access my benefits?

Once registered, you will be automatically signed into the Carie Global Portal to access your benefits. If you decide to sign in later, go to https://carieglobal.com/my-account/ and enter your e-mail address. Check your e-mail for the password that was automatically generated by the system. Once you sign click the button called “Access my Benefits”.

3. Is Carie Global secure?

Absolutely! The Carie Global platform is HIPAA compliant which means all patient information, medical records and consultations are private and secure.

4. What benefits does Carie Global offer?

Carie Global benefits that include telemedicine consultations, drug saving coupons, home delivery assistance for your prescriptions, health benefit comparison tool, discount membership discounts, discount lab results, and a library of over 2,500 articles for wellness and exercise to name some of the key benefits.

5. Is Carie Global a replacement for my insurance?

Carie Global is NOT a replacement for your insurance, we are a supplemental benefits program.

6. Do you need my insurance information?

We do not need your insurance information for any of Carie Global benefits. Once you sign up all your benefits are covered under the plan you selected.

7. How do I change my password?

When you log in to your Carie Global account, click on “Account Details” and you will have the ability to change your password.

8. How can I cancel my Carie Global membership?

You cancel your Carie Global membership at any time.

  1. Log into the Carie Global portal.
  2. Click on “My Membership”.
  3. Click on the “View Billing” button.
  4. Click on the “Cancel” button.
  5. We are sad to see you go! If you do choose to change your mind, you can sign back up at any time.
9. How do I change my payment method?

When you log in to your Carie Global account, click on “Payment Methods” and you will have the ability to add another form of payment.
